- Customizations may be requested prior to placing an order. Once production begins on custom-made products, cancellation or return may not be possible.
3. Order Acceptance & Payment
- Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation.
- Payment can be made via secure online gateways, bank transfers, or other approved methods listed on our website.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Standard dispatch time is 12–24 hours after payment is received.
- Delivery within India usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on the product size and location.
- All deliveries are insured against transit damage. If damage is found, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only in the case of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Transit damage (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery)
- Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable.
- Refunds are processed only after return verification and approval by our quality control team.
- Return shipping charges may apply in certain cases.
6. Warranty
- All Morecare products come with a standard warranty, typically ranging between 1 to 3 years, depending on the product type.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects and electrical components (if applicable), but not physical damage due to misuse or unauthorized repairs.
- Please retain your invoice or order number for warranty claims.
7. Product Use & Liability
- Our products are to be used under the guidance of trained professionals (e.g., therapists, caregivers, doctors) especially for medical and rehabilitation applications.
- Morecare is not liable for any injury or harm caused due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation.
8. Dealer/Distributor Policy
- Partners must meet eligibility criteria as per our business model.
- All dealer/distributor pricing, margins, and obligations are governed by separate agreements.

- We respect your privacy. Information collected during purchases or inquiries is used solely for order fulfillment, service improvement, and communication.
